Mostly likely the Body recomposition program will have you slowly lose weight compared to the Muscle mass program would increase your body weight.
Body recomposition program VS. Fat loss program:
Workouts for our Body recomposition program will focus more on muscle specific exercises compared to our Weight loss program focuses on whole body exercises. You will lose more overall weight in the fat loss program.
