Why us?

Guts and Gains is a 3,500 sq ft private training facility, we offers personal and semi-group training.

During 1-1 personal training sessions the facility would be closed to others.

Tita joined Guts and Gains personal training program June 4th of 2024.

The last thirty-four weeks her body recomposition has been a complete success. Our client Tita trains twice a week with our personal trainer Ricky, while her meal plan includes four FULL meals a day. Her starting weight was 255 pounds and now has dropped down to 209 pounds, averaging 1.35lbs a week :)

Guts and Gains is NOT a quick weight loss program. We pride our gym for long-term results. We train for bone density, core strength, balance, healthy joints, and good mental health with age.

    We provide private one on one personal training, meaning the whole facility is closed to the public for your private session.

    Personal training clients do receive a gym membership, getting 24 hour access to the facility for self-service training. Memberships give members a chance to get active on their own time. You'll also have recovery tools available to use.
